About After School Technology Center El Centrito’s Downtown After School Technology Center offers free, drop-in computer and internet access to local community youth and adults; many of whom may not otherwise have access to these at home and are often economically disadvantaged. The computer lab is staffed by a Computer Lab Mentor to assist users with the fundamentals of operating a computer and effectively navigating the web. El Centrito continuously strives to expand our Technology Center's capacities to better serve the public with 25 computers, internet service, printing and scanning access, and over 60 software programs, including SAT preparation software, Rosetta Stone software programs for English Language Learners and Waterford Early Reading programs that help prepare young children (3 years of age) become successful readers We are located at El Centrito's Downtown Campus, in room 114 Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 5:15pm.
